These Terms & Conditions apply to the free live classes run by Reign Services LLC, doing business as Reign Bathing Solutions ("Reign," "we," "us" or "our"), to our class and visit request pages at go.reignbathingsolutions.com and walkintubconsult.com, and to the text messages we send people who sign up through them. By using these pages, signing up for a class, asking for a call or visit, or agreeing to get text messages, you agree to these terms. Our main website, reignbathingsolutions.com, has its own terms.

Text message terms

  • Program. Reign Bathing Solutions sends text messages to people who agree to get them, for example by checking the text message box on one of our forms. Messages include class links and reminders, answers to questions you send us, and messages about scheduling and confirming a free in-home visit, including any current offer tied to that visit.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or STOPALL. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (656) 228-5999 or email [email protected].
  • Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to texts to sign up for a class, ask for a visit or buy anything from us.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from it first.
  • Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls

When you ask us to call you, you agree that Reign may call the number you gave us about your request. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.

Free live classes

Our classes are free, and there is nothing to buy during them. They give general information about walk-in tubs and bathroom safety. They are not medical advice, and walk-in tubs are not medical devices. Talk with your doctor or another qualified professional about your own health and safety needs. We may change the date or time of a class, or cancel it. If we do, we will let people who signed up know.

Visits, quotes and offers

In-home visits are free and you are under no obligation to buy. Your price is given to you in writing. Offers are subject to the terms and deadlines stated with them. Any purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign with Reign, which controls if it differs from these terms. Product details, prices and offers on these pages can change without notice.

Using these pages

  • The content on these pages is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date.
  • These pages, including text, images, logos and the Reign Bathing Solutions name, belong to Reign or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Do not misuse these pages, including by submitting false information, someone else's contact details, or anything unlawful or harmful.
  • These pages and our classes may use or link to services run by others, such as Zoom. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

These pages and our classes are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, except where the law does not allow warranties to be excluded. Warranties on products you buy come only from the written agreement and warranty documents you receive with your purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of these pages, our classes or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using these pages or staying signed up for texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
