This Privacy Policy explains how Reign Services LLC, doing business as Reign Bathing Solutions ("Reign," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares information through our free live classes and our class and visit request pages at go.reignbathingsolutions.com and walkintubconsult.com. It also covers the calls, text messages and emails we send you after you sign up or ask for a visit. Our main website, reignbathingsolutions.com, has its own privacy policy.

Your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code.
Answers you choose on our forms, such as what's hardest about bathing at home and whose home a tub would go in.
Questions you send us, and the best time to call you.
Details about your bathroom and project that you share with us, or that we note during a visit you ask for.
Anything else you choose to tell us when you call, text or email us.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how long you stay.
The link or ad that brought you to our site, including campaign codes and ad click identifiers.
Information from cookies, pixels and similar tools, described below.
Whether you attended a class and how long you stayed, and any questions you typed during it.

How we use your information

To send your class link, reminders and anything else you signed up for.
To answer your questions, call you when you ask us to, and schedule and confirm in-home visits.
To prepare quotes, take orders, arrange installation and provide service on products you buy.
To send you information and offers about Reign products and services, where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
To run, protect and improve these pages, and to measure how well our ads work.
To keep records, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Text messages

If you agree to get text messages from Reign Bathing Solutions, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to, such as class links and reminders and messages about a visit you asked for. We do not share your mobile information for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Service providers that work for us, such as our customer relationship and messaging platform, email delivery, video meeting, website hosting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Advertising partners, such as Meta, through the cookies and pixels described below, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. This does not include your mobile number or text message consent.
Manufacturing, installation and financing partners, when needed to complete an order or a financing request you make.
